I used to work for a pest control company. You would be surprised and sickened at the amount of restaurants in the Hudson Valley, especially Chinese restaurants, are as bad if not worse.

If you saw the basement of the Mt Kisco diner on Bedford Rd you'd never eat in a diner again.

Yeah chinese and Indian places can be bad but I've seen them both very clean as well . I've been in kitchens of houses that were immaculate and probably worth more then my house infested with roaches, they don't care about clean. Just makes it much harder to get rid of when a place is dirty greasy and hot.

My BIL refuses to eat anything offered by any of his neighbors, lol. Not even a chocolate chip cookie. He lives in an upscale neighborhood.
