This is a 2,700 page bill that no one could have possibly read—they would have needed to take speed reading courses. It is a gift to the Democrat Party, compliments of Mitch McConnell and some RINOs, who have no idea what they are doing. There is very little on infrastructure in all of those pages. Instead, they track your driving so they can tax you. It is Joe Biden’s form of a gas tax but far bigger, far higher and, mark my words, far worse. They want to track you everywhere you go and watch everything you do!



Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats understand that this is the way to get the horrendous $3.5 trillion, actually $5 trillion, Green New Deal bill done in the House. Mitch is playing right into Nancy’s hands, not to mention the fact Chuck Schumer is already going around saying this is a big victory for the Democrats.

Study: So-Called Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill Creates No ‘Significant’ Economic Growth

The University of Pennsylvania Penn-Wharton Budget Model found Thursday that the so-called bipartisan infrastructure bill would “have no significant impact” on economic growth.



The Penn-Wharton model found that the so-called bipartisan infrastructure bill, otherwise known as the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, would result in $548 billion in additional spending, $132 billion in new taxes, and $351 billion in deficits, all of which would not lead to additional growth in GDP by 2031 or 2050.



The Penn-Wharton Model also found that selling wireless spectrum and selling some of the nation’s strategic reserve of petroleum “effectively adds to government debt” rather than serving as an offset to the $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill. The model explained:


In addition, the announced deal allocates revenues from the sale of spectrum and oil totaling $93 billion. Proceeds from spectrum sales are slated to go to the U.S. Treasury, so this revenue source does not significantly change the government’s budget relative to the baseline. Furthermore, we assume that the strategic petroleum reserve will be restocked to its baseline value at some point in the future. Therefore, applying these sources of funding to infrastructure aid effectively adds to government debt.

Senate GOP poised to give Biden huge political victory


Senate Republicans are about to hand President Biden a huge political victory by voting for a historic $1 trillion infrastructure package that the president can then tout as fulfilling a campaign pledge to restore bipartisanship in Washington.

GOP senators and aides predict as many as 20 Republicans — twice the number needed to avoid a filibuster — could vote for the legislation, which would provide the most funding in decades for roads, airports, railroads, drinking water and other priorities.



Republican lawmakers insisted at the start of the debate that the entire package be paid for with various offsets. But as the massive bill nears the finish line, GOP senators say they are willing to support it, even if the Congressional Budget Office says it will add to the federal deficit.

My issue with many of these bills is the pork attached to them. In premise, I like the idea of putting money into infrastructure jobs rather than pissing it away on welfare or handouts. The problem is they tack on all this horse shit that bloats the bill.

You know what this looks like to me? it looks like someone who is going to file bankruptcy, but max'es out in loans and credit cards, lines his pockets before hand . It looks like they are going to take as much out of the bank as possible, in kick backs before closing the store.

Another of Cramer’s advocacy points is how the U.S. Chamber of Commerce supports the bill; as if that’s a good thing. Making matters worse, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer devised a process pledging that this part of the infrastructure bill (phase-1) will only advance if it is married to the House party-line legislation (phase-2) that will spend as much as $3.5 trillion MORE on climate change action, paid leave policies, health care expansion, and other progressive agenda items.

The insufferable republicans that support the phase-one bill (The DeceptiCon crew) are, by direct consequence, advancing the $3.5 trillion phase-two bill that is entirely a Democrat spending spree on the Green New Deal and other insane initiatives. Acckkkk… we desperately need a second party in DC.
