Well that's the thing, I was under the impression that the bill requires manufacturers to install the mileage tracking solution. Does it actually implement the tax yet?

Most things can be circumvented if you know what you're doing... but that wasn't really my point. Wonder how far we are from cars uploading speed in real time and if the courts will recognize it as a violation of the 4th?
