The sights you're referring to are still a standard front and rear sight set.
The FT Bullseye is a hybrid rear-only sight.

Yes I understand their are differences that's why I said similar. They light up very bright especially in dusky conditions. Also the off colored front sight does draw your eye.
I like the sights your referring too I just wonder in a self defense situation would you(meaning anyone) try too hard to align the sights too perfectly and make it hard to take the shot when needed??

Conclusions
The FT Bullseye, as advertised, is definitely innovative.
It’s low-profile.
It appears rugged.
It fits in standard holsters without the need for any modifications.
It doesn’t require any permanent modifications to the firearm.
It performs much better outdoors than indoors.
The FT Bullseye retails for around $200. In my humble opinion, that’s a bit pricey. Several other shooters said they’d be interested for around $100. I agree.
I’d like to see a larger diameter tube used to house the optics. This would make acquiring a sight picture easier and quicker, even for those with younger eyes.
I’d like to see the rear glass embedded deeper inside the mount, which would create a sun shade of sorts, and prevent ambient light from reflecting off the rear glass, which can wash out the sight.
With traditional iron sights, a shooter needs to incorporate three focal planes into a sight picture: rear sight, front sight and the target. The FT Bullseye cuts this down to two: the sight and the target. That’s a distinct advantage.
Of course there will be comparisons between the FT Bullseye and an electronic red-dot sight, which only requires a shooter to focus on one focal plane — the dot on the target — but the two are vastly different optics.
Additionallly, red dots are bulkier and some require modifications to the handgun that the FT Bullseye does not, nor does it need batteries.
Shooters unfamiliar with a red-dot will often “hunt” for the dot, which slows their shooting considerably. I encountered the same problem with the FT Bullseye, at least indoors.
When shooting outdoors, the sight works as advertised. It’s quick, accurate and deserving of the buzz it’s creating.
Currently, the FT Bullseye is available for all Glock and Springfield XD and XDM models. Meprolight says there will be versions coming soon for the H&K VP9, Smith and Wesson M&P, Sig Sauer, Ruger and Remington R1.

Some background on the FT Bullseye. A few years ago TAS developed the concept and introduced a fiber-optic featuring the dot/circle alignment. Meprolight saw the potential in the product and purchased the design and went to work improving it. They added tritium, added an optical lens and enhanced the reticle.

I like the both eyes open shooting easily because that's hard for me to do. I wonder how easy it is to actually aquire the sight though. Is it really that Michael easier than aligning a 3 dot sight? I'd be really curious to try one or see one at some point. It looks interesting. Too bad I just bought night sights.

It really is easier. You may be in luck. Counter displays are being made which will include the FT Bullseye on a blue gun. It's not the same as pulling the trigger but it should at least allow you to see the sight for yourself.

I know there are more ergonomic guns or cooler guns out there but that's why I picked a Glock. They make everything for it.

Hmmm....red vs green?
I like the red front sight on my Trijicon HD setup. But, the videos show a really nice looking green.

I feel that way about 10+1. I don't want 6+1 or 7+1 or 8+1 and won't compromise on that so I understand where you are coming from.
I suppose outside of a ban state the 10+ loses a little of its urgency. If I feel a need gor more capacity than the Shield I can step up to the PPQ, though I rarely do.
