Less lifting than concealing a "stolen election" (lol), but ya'll believe that so a cargo carrier launching missiles from it's deck shouldn't be out of likely occurrence either. It’s trivial compared to somehow concealing a national plot to alter an election with thousands of people involved across dozens of states, and getting every federal judge that ever heard a case related to it to participate so it's existence never came to light. Missiles on a boat are easy next to that.

If they were to launch from a ship it certainly wouldn’t be under their own flag. There has been a noticeable number of Iranians in Venezuela for the past 2 decades. There are direct daily flights between Teheran and Venezuela. Venezuela expressed interest in acquiring a nuclear weapon 15 years ago.
How about a launch from a Panamanian registered ship that does regular trips between Cuba and Venezuela?

This Was Not Iran’s Actual Attack
This is not the actual Iranian attack.This is the ‘attack’ prearranged for show between Iran and the Biden administration through backchannels.
It’s an attack that allows Iran to show off that it can reach Israel (look at those lights over the Temple Mount) without inflicting any real damage.
The Biden administration has already made it clear that it will oppose any Israeli response. There will be public condemnations and warnings about escalating the conflict further.
So does that mean it’s over? No.
Iran did burn up some resources doing this, but apart from the morale boost of doing it, it set out to test US and Israeli defenses. And the defenses did what they were supposed to.However had Iran actually been trying to launch a serious attack, it would have used its Hezbollah, Houthi, Iraqi, and whatever is left of its Hamas proxies to saturate local air defenses.

I'm sure having Biden vs Trump in office has greatly improved the situation for them, but I just think it's a bit beyond their means to pull off.
*we* could certainly conceal a missile launcher on a cargo ship. We've done a lot more complicated than that (see Glomar Challenger), but *Iran* pulling that off is another matter entirely.

While Germany did land a handful of sabotage agents via U-Boat, there was simply no way of bringing an army across the sea. To mount a successful invasion would have required a forward staging base – such as how the U.S. Army was able to deploy not from America but from Great Britain.
Fighting in Europe and Russia was one thing, attacking a Nation, 6000 miles away would not have occurred in the 40's

But, if they defeated Europe (and Russia), then certainly they would have been here inside of 10 years.
Remember, they wouldn't be invading from just Germany. They would have all that conquered land to invade from.
They might have decided to establish a foothold in south or Central America first.
Or maybe go into Alaska then Canada.
Also, for Germany to win, that would mean Japan was winning too. They would probably hold Hawaii and parts of Alaska at that point.
I think it we just left WWI alone 2 would have never happened. It wasn't our fight. Just like this.

We didn't really make a major difference in WWI. Not like WWII anyway.
It would have turned out the same with or without us.
That one was all Europe. If they hadn't screwed up the resolution so badly, WWII might have been avoided, but I don't think they would have done any differently if we had just sat home the whole time.
It's a small planet, there really isn't a "far enough away it doesn't matter" anymore.
