If 35,000 Americans were killed in a border town, would you be keeping track of collateral damage as we sought to eliminate the threat to our homeland?

War is horrible. It is the least productive activity for humanity. But, it is sometimes unavoidable.

All innocent lives lost are regrettable and a tragedy.

Israel, however, is fighting a real existential threat. If they do not handle this threat now, then many more lives will be forfeit in the future.

If Israel is pushed hard enough, and falls as a nation, then millions more Muslim civilians will be killed in Israel's death throes (see: Israel's "Samson Option").
