Once you're set up for plutonium, then you can crank them out. But uranium is very time consuming.

I agree, But they have the capacity to do it , like you said some plants were bombed . Which means they have the knowledge, they were working on it. What We dont know is if they were able to secure enough in labs over the years that were never known about.

Given the time they have, had I dont doubt they have secured enough to make a few dozen .

And dont forget the US humanitarian aid being delivered to Southren Gaza. LOL, its not because we like them , Its simply a ruse to help Israel.
Isreal has asked the Palestinians to move to the South , out of the war zone , Well when they get hungry and smell the cooking in the South , they are going to go where the food is . Its the old carrot and stick routine again .That aid is helping Israel isolate Hamas in the North. Obviously nobody is going to come out and say that, so they virtue signal , and play the angel .

Their nuclear program is uranium based and they probably have enough material to build a bomb.

Plutonium bombs are hard to build.

Uranium bombs are so easy that the Los Alamos scientists felt the first design didn't even need to be tested, and that was before anyone had ever generated a nuclear explosion anywhere.

In WWII we built the city of Oak Ridge TN from scratch just to purify uranium.

There were 70,000 people working there.

They produced enough uranium for one bomb.

They had such a high priority for materials that when they couldn't find enough copper to make the wiring for the calutrons they shipped 15,000 tons of silver from the Treasury and made wire out if it.

We built Hanford Washington to create Plutonium in reactors. Once they were running they were making enough for 6 bombs a month.


A uranium bomb requires a lot of resources, but not a lot of expertise.

A plutonium bomb has all sorts of gotchas in the design that requires experts and testing, but it doesn't need a huge amount of resources.

I have noticed that the IDF loves to tout their female soldiers, their fierceness, elitism, how they are superior snipers, etc, etc.
My personal opinion is 90% of women are not suitable for a combat role, emotionally or physically. Yes, I have worked with female soldiers and unfortunately female leadership as well. Are the Israeli's just able to make a better product than America or is this puffed up propaganda?

They may, on average, not be up to the standards for the Isreali male soldiers.

But, they're going to be light years ahead of anything Hamas has, and when you already have all your men doing military service, and you need more, where do you go ?
