There is no way either he, or those within his administration could effectively formulate such an argument. It's a playbook labeled 2016, dusted it off and flipping through the pages so they may be used once again.

So, do all think that the amendments are absolute and cannot be altered, changed or taken away?
Except the bill of rights. The first 10 amendments are the only reason the colonies agreed to be Joined together. They are the rights of the people and the States, any changes to the first 10 would have to come as another amendment requiring ratification by 3/4 of the states. The attempt alone is cause for a constitutional convention. The libs don’t have enough states in play to be certain it would go their way.

Of course they can be changed,it's happened before, it's just not as easy as signing an order, I know you are aware if this. There is good reason a republic is very hesitant and difficult change, it's trying guard against the weakness of democracy.

Congress has the power to enact laws! Executive Orders are not law... There is a huge difference!

But then ... Are they "Rights"...?
Is "scrutiny" as applied, in the question of inalienable RIGHTS, the problem?
Why yes! As demonstrated here where the EXECUTIVE of our Gov't feels he has the power to effectuate RIGHTS by decree, edict, or proclamations! A major and sincere cognitive problem of the Executive, unless being done with a purpose and intent!
Is that purpose and intent, just following the latest exploits by the Progressive agenda?
They just do it and let it play out in the court of public opinion, who cares if it's legal! And even then, let it drag out in the courts and take years to fix because the edicts do their damage as the sheeple fall into compliance!
Is simply amazing the stretches and trampling on the BOR's that occurs these days! Pretty much rendering it meaningless as if we dismiss the Fed bastardization of those Rights, the States refusing to follow SCOTUS rulings signify much of the same.
So we are back to the same thing again and again...
