This judge appears to be, like you, a rabid Biden supporter who is quite happy that the Presidency was gifted to an unqualified and potentially unelected individual.

I, and many others here, could go on at length regarding the issues that arose during the election, but based on your in-depth, reasonable, and informative replies I suspect it would be like playing chess against someone playing tiddlywinks.

I am looking forward to seeing what evidence this judge permits during this trial. My prediction is that he will attempt to prevent any audit of the Dominion systems and ignore the evidence that these systems failed to retain information that, BY LAW, is supposed to be kept in case the election needed to be further verified.

I agree there is injury. Dominion still has the burden that it didn’t happen. The defense just has to show it’s possible that it did, not that it actually happened. This government report goes a long way in doing that.
