Then whats the harm in reviewing and debating it in court? It was disallowed previously without ever being heard.

Much of the "evidence" was reviewed and rejected by judges. Republican appointed judges, even ones appointed by Trump.

This is a civil case. All Dominion has to prove is that Fox and OAN made statements about them that were baseless and severally damaged their reputation. Beyond Reasonable Doubt, not required. Just "Preponderance of the Evidence".
