Which effectively makes his order USELESS. He knows damn well that they'll appeal it and keep this tied up in courts for as long as it takes for it to go away.

The Judge knew his order would be appealed. That is how the Courts work. They will find a Court somewhere in the land that will issue a different ruling.

I hate these Judges!

I want to see all of the video footage. All of it. Outside the school, inside the school; all of it. I want to see this kid clad in his Black, Military looking cloths. I want to see him with his tactical vest. I want to see him slinking around the school. I want to see the video of him getting out of his car, entering the school. I demand that we the people see all that can be seen!

Ok, so it shows what we know. The cop on site went to hide and no one else went into the building. Unless something is missing I have no idea why the sheriff fought the release of the video.
