A proper 4x4 is almost a necessity in the highlands of PA. Judging from the amount of deer carcasses I have torn up my undercarriage on.

Bring it! ACE’s are nice no doubt. I’m not gonna say they’re not. But my AK is pretty fuckin’ dope! lol That red dot on the corner that I added to the picture was my point of aim. Aiming at the corner makes for a very finite target and helps zeroing. This was also my first 5 round group after completely disassembling, soaking in acetone numerous times, hitting parts with a torch numerous times, sandblasting, spraying all the parts, and then baking them in an oven, curing and reassembling…without re-zeroing. After all that and that’s only how far off it was…I’ll take it. A few minor adjustments and it was dead on again.

Robski is clearly pissed! There's gonna be a huge run on steel case now and just when prices seemed to be stabilizing/coming down. I see reloading brass cased ammo being more common now. Unfortunately only hornady makes 545 brass and it's expensive. And lets not point out the obvious where we are putting more sanctions on Russia meanwhile the middle east is in total chaos. SMH.

Would have to be done at an FFL out of state probably before it hits NY, right? At least, I'd assume that would be the case.

The 308 was unfired until I bought it but still has less than 100 rounds through it. I even have the original box, and stuff that came with it

Just got my two builds back and they look great. Need to break away soon and get to the range with them. These were old school Romanian G kits with original pristine barrels FWIW all matching serials everywhere.

I actually have another build going on right now. It's off another virgin parts kit. I currently have everything drilled and riveted and have the barrel headspaced. I think this one is gonna be pretty sick in the end.

So I keep seeing a lot of AK content lately.. and this just caught my eye.. Scalarworks Peak sights.. which I will say are the most aesthetically pleasing fixed BUIS (right on par with carry handle and FSP) they are also functional amazing sights (i can speak from experience on the front sight as I have that, may eventually pick up the rear but may just move all over to their new foldie bois that lower 1/3 1.93 mounts. But i digress)
