There are a lot of suggestions as to what they might charge you with. Some are a bit more serious.
Like I said, it will vary drastically from one area to another. Unfortunately the areas you are most likely to need it are also going to be the least likely to tolerate it.
If I did that on my street I would expect I would get an officer who would show up in response to some neighbor calling and he would say "you aren't doing anything illegal, but please stop".
We drive a couple miles down the road to my uncle's farm and mag dumps are pretty common.
