Shipping Instructions:
· Print and fill out claim form to include in box with repair.
· Include a copy of your purchase receipt or 4473 form from dealer to qualify for warranty. Without this, there can be labor, parts and return shipping charges applied. If you’re sending something in for non-warranty service anyway, don’t worry about receipt.
