No company is going to violate the law. Why aren't they shipping to NY if they "stand up for 2A" like you say? That argument quickly fell apart didn't it?
Well. Setting aside California, they're probably not shipping to NY because NY is not subject to the 9th Circuit ruling, stayed or not.
Exactly. But he claimed that they are shipping to CA illegally because they "stand up for 2A". The stay is in full force making it just as illegal to ship there as it is here. That's where his claim quickly and easily fell apart.Well. Setting aside California, they're probably not shipping to NY because NY is not subject to the 9th Circuit ruling, stayed or not.

Seems like if a company was doing so well they wouldn't shut off the fountain. They would just have longer fulfillment times. If McDonalds sold too many Big Macs would they take them off the menu? Isn't the purpose to sell and make money?I mean but I do know of a company that was shipping mags to NY, they had to stop because they couldn't keep up with demand

I call BS.
You posted several where you said they are shipping to CA. The shipping to CA is illegal, by court order of stay.Oh i said they are illegally shipping?
Show me the quote and the post number I said they are illegally shipping?

they are shipping to CA illegally
Yea yea so successful we had to shut it down. I bet.Guess you can't read about them being small and not able to keep up with demand..
Of course you call BS because you don't know the company and didn't get a chance to order from them
Stop dancing. You said they were shipping to CA, an act which is illegal.Where did I say
Yea yea so successful we had to shut it down. I bet.
Are you posting here that you purchased these magazines and committed a felony? Might want to rethink this.

You certainly imply it. "you're just mad that you didn't get a chance to get them"Did I say I bought them?

Read the court order. You don't need a legal team. It is in clear and plain English.According to your news sight, but you are right I'm sure a small business like Brownells doesn't have the resources for a legal team to let them know if they can or cannot ship magazines

Admit it. You fell for an ad. Gotta go!
I've addressed it. You read the ad. You believed what the ad told you. You posted it here as proof of such. You fell for the ad. You don't have to buy it to believe it.how did i fall for anything, I haven't bought anything from brownells since 2014

All have been addressed. I dont need to prove anything. You made the claim that they are shipping. I have shown court proof that it is illegal.Oh? So can you prove that they haven't shipped any orders to California?
Still waiting for you to show where I said they are illegally shipping to California.
Also show where I committed a felony by buying "illegal" mags that you said I admitted to doing??
It's just as illegal to ship or possess now as it ever was. Nothing is changed yet. No commerce may take place. These are not my words, but the courts.Well, having gone back and read the actual text...
The permanent injunction is stayed pending final adjudication of the case.
The preliminary injuction remains in place.
If I'm Brownells I wouldn't be entirely uncomfortable shipping standard mags to CA at this moment in time.

"state law barring the importation, manufacturing, sale, gifting, lending or buying of gun magazines with more than 10 rounds of ammunition"Quote the text, please.
There are two- prelim and permanent. See above.
