It's entirely possible that the court ruling is still in effect, but this company doesn't realize that and will ship anyway.Right. The court decision and media are both wrong but the company ad to solicit your money is right.
Depending on how well publicized this is someone could easily order the magazine from them and receive it with no trouble, despite the stay still being in effect.

Companies do it all the time. Some knowingly and some out of ignorance.
Don't mistake the way you would run a company for the way everyone else would.
What happened was, 2 days ago they were shipping, but have since stopped because of the stay and are now holding all sales until further ruling when they will either ship orders or refund orders
It was later admitted that no orders were shipping.

I'm not sure the story about orders being shipped 2 days ago is true, more of a story in an attempt to save face if that is even possible. Shipping and receiving would be crimes, regardless of whether you know the law or not. If I knew the law, I'm sure a big company like that did too. It's unreasonable to think otherwise.
