Large Spyderco suggestion

I just bought a second Kershaw Blur with the glass breaker tip. For a 3.5" blade folder it checks all the boxes and the first has held up well.

$65, made in USA, easy to sharpen, big grip, only 4 ounces, etc.

I've had several Benchmades, Osbourne, ZT, Emerson and they were either too this or that, or silly expensive. I have a couple Ontario and Kbar fixed blades in the bag too.

I have two blurs, in a neglected state right now I'm afraid. Good knife, like em a lot, but not a huge fan of assisted opening.
Anyways, the Military would scratch my itch here but its so similar to the Para Military, unless....................

FYI that scale under the clip is cut all the way from the lock to just below the clip end. See the hole just visible at the clipend? Only done on this version of the titanium scaled military. Not a problem, just so you are not surprised by the big honking cut (hidden if you keep the clip in place). Basically half the scale flexes as the lock spring.

Yeah, I know. Frame lock. I kinda look at this as a poor man's Sebenza. There is a dirth of Syperco models in the 4" blade range. The military seems like the best large Spyderco there is. This is very likely my next knife. Then a spydie techno and a BM 710 McHenry and I will have a very nice and tidy collection between the above and the Para and Ozzie I already have. Then I will move onto fixed blades.
Then it will be a matter of Bark River Bravo 3 vs Esse Junglas, and attending smaller versions thereof.
