The steel seems every bit as good as my brothers wetterling or gransfurs. Mine is always a hair popper. In fact, the Er Dr. who did my stitches from it was rather impressed with how precise and clean a wound it made right down the bone.
Yep I made a mistake. It was only my hand. I had to hike 2 miles out of the woods to get to my car and drive there. Thankfully, I had an automatic. It was only 3-4 stitches. Good times. No loss of function, but aches sometimes in the cold.
