Figure why not, let's our/your set ups.
Anything from Duty belt to a battle kit to competition or just your basic range set up.
Could be a fun way to share ideas, help fix/impove eachothers gear or our own based on seeing what others are doing.
My current not finished 2 set ups, one is for USPSA type matches (carry optics division)
Going to be using a Glock 34 Gen 5 with surefire x300u and eventually Aimpoint ACRO P2 once I get my hands on one, but pictured is a Trijicon RMR (this will head over to my G19/45 slide)
"Belt" set up (term used lightly) will be a Phlster Light Bearing Enigma with a Dark Star Gear "Rigel" (waiting for that to come in) also going to mount a Snake Eater Tactical IWB mag pouch for a spare mag and then 3+ spare mags in a Spiritus Systems Fanny Pack
Just need to find the right pair of shorts to wear
Next up is my LaRpInG "KiT" work in progress
From left to right on my Blue Alpha Gear Double Molle belt
Esstac Kywi single pistol pouch (x2)
Eastac Kywi single Rifle pouch (with molle) with Flatline Fiber Co. dump pouch mounted under mag pouch
Spiritus Systems JSTA Pouch with single 5.56 magazine insert (it can fit a few different options in the back and I am just doing the single rifle) and in the actual GP pouch I'm going to be filling it with some "essentials" like navigation and emergency water purification and fire starting stuff, multitool.
Blue Force Gear Micro IFAC and TQ dangler (CAT Gen 6 in the dangler)
Safariland 6390rds on a Mid ride UBL
Attaching the 6360rds to the UBL is the Centrifuge Training's Negative Cant Plate V2 (NCP2) which is used to help adjust the holster to the can't I prefer vs the random OEM forward cant safariland uses. I also have the OTDefense "Nub mod" on the 6360rds.
Trex Arms leg strap
Condition Gray SRC3 wrapped around the 6360rds to attach another CAT Gen6 to the front of the holster for easy access.
Velocity Systems small GP pouch that I'm using as a "boo boo" pouch. Will have things like bandaids Tylenol things like that.
Next is my semi load bearing chest rig (not a micro but not quite a macro)
Took a Haley Strategic DC3RM (micro rig) and toss it onto a Spiritus Systems Thing 2. This takes my micro rig from a 3 mag set up to a more rigid (better for heavier loads) rig with 7 or even more magazines.. I still need to add to the molle panels, maybe a JSTA Pouch (like on my belt) on one side and a small GP or even double mag pouch on the other side. And yes I'm still using the X harness that game with the DC3RM but I plan to swap it out to an H harness or something else.
Now this set up is more for the funnziez but if for whatever reason zombies or whatever your term for time to kit up happens this will be my go to for now.
Things that I need to add.. Safariland QLS system to my holster, this way if i don't need a pistol I can swap it off fairly easily (bonus could even rig up a small GP pouch to add more versatility to the belt)...
Now I also plan on larping with just the belt at some USPSA style handgun matches just for the lulz
Next project will be setting up a Plate Carrier and plates
