Just for reference here is a sturdy single Tuff Products belt with the smaller Cobra buckle that fits through belt loops... Glock in a Bladetech with Level II retention, AR mag pouches, pistol mags, shotgun shell caddy for 8, all Bladetech TekLoks. This goes on over my regular clothes and allows me to practice reloads and shooting without being as heavy as a full on belt. I could wear it in competition more than battle, everything is reasonably secure.

What hanger are you using for the holster?

Standard size TekLok. The holster is a Level Two (thumb latch) Bladetech for a Glock 19 so it sticks out more than an open top holster. It is easy to leave the latch open if you want to quick draw but if you want to run around it's good to have the pistol secured.

With this rig I can just buckle it on and off quickly at the range where I am not supposed to be practicing draws or 3-gun antics (when FUDDs are around). If I want to mount a lot of gear I'll switch to a Bladetech Velcro inner/outer heavy duty competition belt.

For SHTF I'd just throw a box of Buckshot shells into a dump bag I have on a TekLok rather than using a 3-gun shell holder that might dislodge shells too easily. Actually I haven't really thought about it that much because I can't imagine going to battle carrying all the stuff for three guns, I'd more likely holster my pistol and put mags in my pockets, and sling the AR and be good to go. All I do know is that a real tacticool chest rig will probably make me a target, slow me down, and be hot and sweaty.

The most likely violent scenario I imagine would be around my home with a pistol and couple mags in my pocket, or going out with a crew on patrol with a rifle and pistol.
