I know my licensing officer. He is a good man. This would not fly with him. He carries himself and is a strong 2A supporter, and belongs to one of the local conservation clubs. One of the main reasons he is still on the bench is so he can be involved in getting good people carry permits. Otherwise he would hang up the robe.

My jeep has headlights and extra lights attached to it. I also have flashlights in it as well. I’m going to jail when I drive to stop and shop according to some here or when I decide to drive on a dirt road when there are lots of deer in the area.
I mean how stupid can some be here. It clearly says that these laws are for the purpose of fish and wildlife only. Marine laws are also different. I guess I have to worry about going to jail for those too when I use an unlicensed radio without a license or when I come from Walmart with more than the catch limit of fish.
Yes. Someone can get arrested by an idiot cop. But it doesn’t happen.
