Yeah Cuomo is the NYS Governor as long as he wants to be.
The voters in the 5 NYC boroughs and the 3 or 4 big upstate cities have already shown that on 3 occasions.
I don't see that changing unless Cuomo wants it to change.

Even if Cuomo was defeated in a primary or general election. I believe that with the corruption,
Connections, Money, Influence, Intimidation, Corrupt Courts and flat out scumbaggery.

If these bills become law, I'll have no idea what to do. We aren't talking about modifying a rifle to stay compliant. We are talking about opening your entire life up to the state, having to pass tests with no way to practice (for new gun owners, of which there won't be any), Doctor evaluations, more fees, manditory insurance that no one sells and they're NOT. DONE. YET. This is spiteful legislation. This is not about public safety, this is about punishing people for wanting to exercise a core civil right. The NRA and NYSRPA will be too busy sucking eachother off to care. Maybe GOA and or SAF or FPC would sue. There really needs to be a way to bring suit against multiple laws at once in one lawsuit. Maybe there is. I hope there is because if it takes years to get just one lawsuit up through the courts forget it.
