Magpul P-Mags for Glocks any thoughts?

I still am waiting for Ruger or a aftermarket mag well to come out for S&W M&P mags for the PC9 carbine. I can get 10 rd P-Mags at a pretty good price in the mean time. Of course I wouldn't know how they work in the PC9 until I try them, But how are they in Glocks?

I haven't tried them yet. I have 4 ETS ones I'm going to function test this weekend and use them in competition.

Some ETS mags have followers that don't engage the LRBHO. ETS will fix 'em.

I've also read that a few people were missing the piece in the Glock Magwell that engages bolt hold open.

Good to know about ETS. I have one of their mags and never use it because of what you cite (in an AR9, not the ruger). Will check in with them. Thanks.

I have P-Mags for my SCR and they work fine. Just double checking about the Glock ones as I will probably sell or give them to a friend with a Glock after a M&P well comes out!

Gen 1 p-mags were junk. But they got on that and fixed the issues almost immediately

The Mag Shack has Glock (P-Mags) for G-19 for $11.99, But I figure the 17's would be easy to pass along if and when a M&P mag-well becomes available!

I did hear second hand that a LGS that went to the Shot-Show said that there were 10 different mag wells on the table, As I said this was second hand info!!

( they are longer with an extension then the SR-9 mag that came with the PC9 ) Changed out the mag-well today and test fired one with 10 rds, rapid fire ( In my back-yard ) Functioned just fine with last shot hold-open! ( @Wildman1024 this may be a better option then buying other's SR-9 mags for $20.oo each, 4 of these cost just under $60.00 with shipping from The Mag Shack? )

I believe that the factory Ruger mag is a "compact" sized one ( SR9C).
The 17rd ones that other states get with theirs is longer.

Okay I didn't know if you all set! I needed at least 4 mags and this was cheaper then going the route you went. And if and when a M&P mag well comes out these mags will be easy to sell for a few bucks less then I paid for them.
