Welp, guess I'm never eating leavened bread again.Oh.. and dont forget to ask a feminist vegsn for vaginal yeast. They say ot makes awesome bread.
Just keep in mind that a little sesame oil goes a long way. It can be pretty strong stuff.I'm not much of a baker, but I did use some brewer's yeast to make no-knead beer breads a few times last year. They all came out denser than any normal bread, but always had some great flavor.
Just now made a flour tortilla dough to make tortillas tomorrow. Flour, water, a pinch of salt, and a little bit of oil. I used some melted leaf lard for this one, but have used or plan to use olive oil, bacon fat, coconut oil, peanut oil, butter, sesame oil, and vegetable oil. I definitely like lard best to make them taste like tortillas for Mexican/Central American food. Olive oil works nicely for deli/Mediterranean-style wraps. The neutral vegetable oils all make pretty boring tortillas. I'm gonna try sesame oil next time I have Chinese food leftovers. View attachment 114026
It looks alright. Maybe a bit dense but the texture is good. Will make a good soup bread I think.

For this type of bread you would cook it in an oven.Do you have a bread machine or just make the dough and cook in the oven?

Yup, have bread machine too. Some loaves I’ll make right in that but most times I’ll just use it to make the dough for whatever kind of bread I’m makingI was just referring to any of the bread you posted.
