My point all along. No matter what an attorney tells you, a cop will do what a cop will do. Then you'll have to pay that same attorney more money and turn in all your guns to get thrown into a pile at some police station.
Never use a questionable firearm for defense when something legal like a Mini 14, Mossberg, registered pistol, ect can be used.

But it also begs the question. What's the purpose of owning a gun you can't legally use, even if it saves your life in self defense even though it's legal in other states.

If this gun really is an AK 15 which is just an AK, there is only one way to fix the magazine that doesn't really make it fixed since the magazine can be removed and accept another one. It's a standard bullet button.

Story i read earlier in week was the guy was outside pointing an ar15 at a neighbors dog.
Cops show up and hes in driveway with it. they take it from him to check and see if its legal.
Cops conclude its not safe act compliant and go back to arrest him and he took off.
There was also something about him telling people he was gonna shoot the police.
So he has himself to blame for it.
