They can ask all they want. It's medical discrimination, and they can be held accountable. To say you are not allowed in here because you do not have a vaccine is like saying to the disabled man in a wheel chair you can't come in here because you can't walk.

seems to me this asking about vaccinations would be in the same category as asking about about service dogs

A public accommodation provider cannot ask about the nature or extent of a person's disability and may not demand proof that the animal is certified. ... Under the ADA and New York law, businesses and facilities that serve the public may not discriminate against individuals with disabilities.

What? This is hardly debunked in any way. It conflicts with Hippa laws to begin with. Something like this is going to have to be hashed out in the courts , not on the internet. Associated Press is not really an authority on constitutional law.


The supreme court did allow the forced Vaccinations in emergencies. This "pandemic" does not meet the requirement for an emergency by a long shot.

The media in this country is not great.

It's still head over heels superior to random graphics online--particularly ones that are debunked based on the precedent of case law and by lawyers, which is what AP referred to when debunking this.
