How do these pieces of shit propose that one complete the training requirement prior to purchasing their own handgun since NY law prohibits adults from shooting another adult's handgun?
That's like Counties that say you need to take a NRA Pistol Course or instructors who advertise their County class as such for your pistol license. It can't be a NRA course without live fire (excluding NRA RSO and Don't be a Victim)
