Overall I agree with him. However he basically answers his own question: Its never going to happen by means of politics.

So what is the point of the article?

Politics is what has gotten us into this mess; or at least, politics that take no consideration of the Constitution, the history (particularly the early history) of this nation, nor the People over whom they exercise authority. The author basically admits that politics, i.e., electing one party over another, is utterly useless and an exercise in futility.

Leviathan has grown big enough it can do shit right in front of our eyes; and as a citizenry we recoil in disbelief and fear while at the same time we cross our fingers and hope we can chop off the head of the Beast.

Hail Hydra!

It doesn't work that way. When politics failed completely and utterly, our Founders showed us the Way.

It is the only way now.

Or maybe it was related to documents being taken that shouldn't have been taken.

Maybe Trump is just a criminal.

Maybe it's retaliation.

Until firm facts are out you don't know. Speculation has exactly zero value.

It has now developed that the Raid at Mar-A-Largo was supported by an affidavit that positively identified both the presence of documents that were retained or taken by Trump in violation of Federal Law and where they were.

The FBI was specifically interested in Trump's "newer" safe, so presumably that's where they were told the documents were.

Except.... The safe was empty.

Trump has refused to release the copy of the warrant served on him, which is his right. But let's take a slanted-eye view of this, which upon learning that very specific information was presented to the Judge immediately came to mind.

Let's presume Trump believed he had a mole in his organization and he thought he knew who it was. And let's remember that the DOJ and FBI did screw him with Russiagate, which they knew, it was developed, was bullshit and yet used it to go after him anyway, and even worse, fed it to Congress as Articles of Impeachment. That was an active scam and nobody was prosecuted for it, while if you did the same thing as a false report to them you could and would go to prison for it.

Why would trump refuse to release the warrant?

There is so much bullshit in this story it's impossible to know what the truth is.

This far I have read the FBI was searching for:

- classified documents unrelated to January 6th
- documents definitely related to January 6th
- classified documents relating to nuclear codes (?!)

I would think by now if the FBI found the "gotcha" materials it had on trump it would have leaked by now. So I'm hoping this is a major cluster fuck for them.
