They are supposed to rule on the facts of the case and not on the mass formation psychosis they have we have been subject to.
The fear of dying from COVID and the fear that everyone is going to die from COVID is the result of mass formation psychosis.
The belief that only Dr. Fauchi and the Government can save us from COVID is the result of mass formation psychosis.
Wearing a mask while driving alone or while walking your dog in East Aurora NY is a result of mass formation psychosis.
Hell, wearing a mask period is a result of mass formation psychosis.
Now several Justices of the Supreme Court are convinced of all of the above so they are suffering from mass formation psychosis.
I was hoping for some salvation from them, but it is not looking good.
Can you imagine the headlines from the gaslighters of mass formation psychosis if they rule that the POTUS does not have authority to make laws or rule over individuals? I can see it now. SCOTUS condemns millions to death. or, The SCOTUS has blood on their robes.

As for SCOTUS and covid nobody should be surprised if scotus okays Biden on this. Although the mechanism is wrong imo scotus has already established the fact that states can mandate vaccines (settled over a century ago), so can the federal gov? You could be right. But myself I find it hard to believe that a judge doesn't know the facts of the case before him/her. Just saying. I think that they are just playing dumb as to support their upcoming decision. Maybe I give judges to much credit IDK. Maybe some of them such as Sotomayor are truly that ignorant.

Either way, the error of their ways should have been pointed out to them by now by the other judges and assorted staff members. I mean Sotomayor and Breyer's were not even close to the true facts of the case. If they keep repeating those wild lies/misinformation I will be pretty sure at that point that they are just advancing the agenda. But until then, you do make a good point to consider though.
