Oh, and dont forget since guns magically went poof and disappeared bad guys will not only have numbers, but they will use blunt instruments (afterall, they kill more people than guns every single year).

No. I meant "they" don't want us to have guns to defend ourselves against "their" over reach while "they" send guns to accomplish "their" narrative.
Like I said, hypothetical. And in the mean time, libs need to stop making laws that only good guys will follow. They should keep it real and say the truth, the only, somewhat viable alternative to allowing people to carry is removal of all firearms which is probably not gonna happen. So let people have the tools to defend themselves!

I'd say use them even if he's home. Hypothetically speaking, I want the homeowner to have an advantage, "needed" or not. The whole point of a gun is to have an advantage. If a thief breaks into my home I don't want a "fair fight", it's real life not high noon in the town square. If a scumbag breaks into someone's home I honestly could give a shit if they waste the burglar. Don't want to get shot? Don't burglarize homes, it's really that simple.

AOW is a Federal tax stamp, I have never seen a mention to AOW in state law. There was a time where where they were pushing PGO's to be on permits, but I do not know if that was lore or not. Maybe if its scary like a Serbu SS? Lots of variables I guess?
I do for a fact know a legit stamped AOW transferred in NY (not a SS) does not have to be on a PP
