My girlfriends aunt and uncle know this scumbag's parents personally. Apparently they had not even a clue that he had the guns/gear as he kept them in a storage unit. I know people want to put blame on the parents but he was really good at hiding things it appears. Teenagers are good at hiding things in fact. The stories about the things he did at school should have raised red flags though.

Of course no AOW's were used during the incident, and the scumbag never left the scene so, yeah, micro stamping wouldn't matter. The only thing that is consistent? Using a terrible crime to stand upon those lost to add useless legislation that, of course, would do nothing if passed before.
