had to help into a car in just a few months. He made it seven months and he was 55 and otherwise in good health not 80. Still miss him.

I do not agree with his politics since his run for the 2008 election.
That said. I wish him no suffering even though he has been on the opposite side recently of many issues I believed in. He served his country, and even if we don't agree with all his positions he deserves our support as a statesman for those who elected and believe in him. Best wishes to his family in this time of need.

I don't wish death or ill will on anyone, but maybe he'll recover and take this as the signal to retire and leave the rest of the citizens of this great country alone.
Losing his RINO vote won't hinder anything I believe in anyway. They can have a special election and a Dem can win with no change to the makeup of the Senate. What it would do is open a seat for a Rep that will support the constitution.
