Hamburgers and cheeseburgers have different meanings. Onions pickles, ....etc are toppings. For those who can't figure it out. If you are selling a fucking cheesburger, use the right name. If I want to buy a fucking hamburger, don't put the cheese on it.

Who the fuck do you think pays for these jackpots? WE DO!!! Attorneys settle with insurance companies who charge the businesses for coverage. We pay for that coverage when we purchase goods and services from these companies. These pieces of shit are worse than lifetime welfare recipients. I'm not even talking about the cost of the legal system, WHICH TAXPAYERS PROVIDE, for them to be able to make their money. Don't try to justify this by making McDonalds or anyone else the bad guy. They make business decisions based on what works. Don't like their menu? Some other business will cater to the customers they lost.

I doubt anyone expects 5 million dollar judgement. This only happens in urban legends circulated by insurance companies. People are just sick and tired of big business manipulating different aspects of our lives, from how we eat to how we pay for our purchases. They should serve us, not control us.

While I'm no fan of big business there are no laws forcing anyone to buy from McD's, Walmart, Burger King, Wendy's, etc. If I go to the counter and can't get a meal the way I want it, I won't starve to death in the time it takes to find one that will.

There are laws that call for truth in advertising. You can go to another place after you were already screwed. It's petty, but still wrong.

I already said , I don't think this warrants a lawsuit. But ripping people off shouldn't be shrugged off so lightly either.

If you hired me to replace 33 windows in your house , and I charged you for 34 windows and labor. you might take issue with it, But then I say you had to buy the package deal of 34 windows , so you have to pay the difference . Im not eating the cost of the last window.

Apparently, you wouldn't have any complaint about it because you know its costs me money.
