Most Underpriced Guns Right Now?

Well gents, I'm always up for a bargain. And with the recent massive price increases of some of our go-to surplus favorites like Mosin Nagants, SKS's, and really a huge list of now sought-after pieces, I guess my question for you today is, "What are your post criminally underpriced guns right now?"

I'm taking VERY serious looks at a Beretta 92S as well as a couple Star Model BM's from Classic Firearms. The Tokarev variants they have around there seem hard to beat as well, but I think the former are probably even better IMO.

What are some other cheap pieces that come to mind? They could even be readily available used on places like Gunbroker. Further, any tips on getting the best deals? I've been meaning to make my rounds at the local pawn shops as well.

What are your thoughts? Thanks!

And yeah, nothing inherently wrong with a Hi-Point. If IraqVeteran8888's video on them don't make you believe they're among the toughest guns ever built, I don't know what will!

Guess I was looking more for old/cheap/used/surplus, rather than "lower quality" guns. But then I guess that's sorta' contradictory?

There are a lot of good deals floating around now. AR's are ridiculously cheap. A lot of the less popular plastic guns are going for cheap. Turkish shotguns are a good value for the money. The Star pistols are kind of neat looking - and cheap!

If you go for one of the cheap Berettas, look it over carefully. A lot of the cheaper European police trade-ins have the magazine release at the bottom of the grip and take different magazines.

I thought of making an AR receiver myself out of brass casings. There are a bunch of designs online for guns a cool one being the criket but it all comes down to time. Time damnit time!

Makarovs are also good if you can find one for a good price. I feel like my mak has possibly the most ergonomic grip of all my guns. Even slightly better than my 1911s. Reliable as hell too.

Woah, those things are going for that cheap!? Maybe because of the slam firing? But it only does it when you hold the trigger and pump, right? Basically just a semi-auto with a really long trigger.

Yes hold the trigger and pump and as soon as it is in battery it fires. There was 4 of them at gun store in the $225-275 range. The others had smooth bore 24-28 inch barrel and no scope.

Hate on Hi-Point all you want, but if everything works like it should, it is going to be a GRAND SLAM. A $200 double stack 9mm with awesome warranty and modernized features, even if a little chunky? Count me in.

Even the enhanced models are going much less than a yr. ago.

They go on sale for $199, have stainless slides (option) and all your favorite colors too! I have one and it is compact, light, and damn accurate.

I looked at one of these while attending a Gun show here in Florida. I was all set to Pooh, Pooh it as a cheap less than mediocre firearm. I did not buy one but my attitude was changed when I walked away from it.
Never fired one but I will say it felt rather nice in my hand. All I have to compare it to is my P99 so the bar was set pretty high.

Long trigger pull and reset, but it (unlike some of my other smaller 9mm's) holds 10 + 1
