They are citizens. Citizens have rights. Just because you don't like their ideas doesn't change that. I can understand your disdain for rioting and looting, etc. and you're not wrong there.
It's like the Westboro Baptist assholes protesting soldiers funerals. Would I do that? Fuck no. Is it despicable to do so? Yes. However, is it legal and protected? Yes.
Communists aren't citizens. They aren't people. They are vermin. Look at what they are doing, treat them like humans and they will eat you alive. What that kid did was true justice, the only justice due to leftists.
He was there in support of the rioters. In the snapshots which show he had his hands up, he also had a handgun in his right hand. When he was shot by the 17 yr old victim defending his life from a mob, he had turned that gun to point at the kid on the ground. Classic "sneak up" approach. Paramedic? With a gun? Bullshit.
You can see a can of saline spray in his backpack pocket in one of the videos - presumably for OC/CS eyewash. "Paramedic" on his hat, but I bet he has no training or creds whatsoever. He wasn't there to help the cops or the innocent civilians that got sprayed or injured. He was just another rioter, helping rioters, LARPing to be something more valuable than the piece of shit he is.
Good luck with that defence in court. I'd recommend against doing anything that would cause you to make that argument.
I don't give a fuck anymore, I get caught up in some shit like that and I have no intention whatsoever in making it to court. Hence my strong desire to avoid any trouble altogether.

You're right. Absolutely clear. Red shirt is chasing kid, kid turns at last second and shoots him. Head shot = death. Then kid tries to turn himself into police but the crowd chases him down further. That is very fucking stupid considering he has a rifle and has just proven he is absolutely capable of using it. Nonetheless, the crowd chases after kid, tackles him again, one guy ends up dying for that, and another gets a hole in his arm.
I don't know the legality of being chased down and shooting somebody to begin with, but that red shirt man was part of the crowd chasing the kid, and we've seen video in which one person at least threw a molotov cocktail at him. It's certainly plausible red shirt said he was going to kill him, for example. I think it was reasonable for him to fear for his life personally.
None of this looks good for triple 1st degree murder charges. That's just crazy.
I find it disturbing that it has come to this but I don't have any pity for those that have started it.
In two hours I will be going to work and for the first time in my life I am actually a little afraid to do so. Am I expected to have charitable feelings towards the animals responsible?
