Yeah adding gender equity selection and integration, LE abolition, hardcore embrace of Socialism, bail reform & justice equity, fossil fuel abolition, media monopolization, free speech censorship, attacking parental rights and terrorist designations, suspension of liberties, forced vaccines and 2A abolition to the left end ideology can create that perception.

It's possible an algorithm if he is using one did it. However he owns and controls twitter - full stop, so its actions are now his actions. It's like when your kid breaks a souvenir in a shop, you are responsible for their actions regardless and still need to pay up. I hold the owners responsible, and that's Musk in this case.
I also wouldn't care if he banned Biden if he felt like it, ban away all you want... as long as you don't claim to be a free speech absolutist. Pick one or the other, but you can't be both.
