Im new to anything gun related. I'm in the process of getting my permit in orange county. I started the process back in March, did my final interview May 18th. Does anyone have a guesstimate on how long before I get my answer? I read 3-6 months but does that clock start when I did or when the application was turned in?

update on AR pistols......the Mag must be irremovable to the point of destroying the gun. as crazy as it sounds, if you bolt or screw the mag it has to be welded so it can't be removed EVER
