Oh, I NEED one of those!! I usually don't go for over the top toys, exception was an AR Carbon 15 pistol years ago in Florida (long sold for a profit). But this is just way too cool not to own. Looking forward to reviews on the Shockwave.

I've got it in 20 gauge. I switched the pistol grip out for a youth stock though. It makes it a lot easier to hit what your shooting at.

So took the first shots from it today and the angled forward grip is coming off. Bangs the hell out of the finger during recoil. Other quick observations, not a gun for a novice. I foresee a bunch of YouTube videos showing people bleeding from the mouth due to improper grip. Also not for short stature folk. You wouldn't be able to extend it far enough from the face.

From the hip it's relatively ok, but would need a laser for aiming assisting (yes, you do need to aim a shotgun). Once I took the angled grip off it wasn't too brutal, but you definitely needed to know what you were doing or things could go sideways. Still glad I picked it up. Only shot one round of 00 buck today before the rain chased me and the mrs from the rain. The buck was a big ass ragged hole at 7 yards.

On a side note, the wife was ecstatic with her 82 year old PPK, so that's a plus.

- why is it that these shockwave and TAC 14 are legal for sale to non LEOs in LI, and not legal for sale in another NY county?

An Uzi is a room warmer at best. Heavy, bulky, expensive, inaccurate, won't penetrate body armor, mags are a bitch to load without a loading tool and it's heavy.

Er... You do realize that there was more than ONE uzi model made right? Like more than several models exist, including the UZI pro which is a lightweight polymer constructed frame, small and compact, and accurate for PDW use. Loading the magazines is a non issue. If you're weenie or you need to load up lots of magazines constantly, you can use a mag loader. Armor piercing capabilities are relative to what's necessary for the unit using them. 9mm armor piercing ammo does in fact exist. They've seen an incredible amount of use and adoption all over the world for decades and they're still being used by quite a few countries right now.

So than my question is, you you replace that afg with a vfg or is this another definitions and pistol scenario? I know the other guys that made the mag fed ones( cant remember the name right now) had a vfg but they also had braces on theirs.

Nope, it didn't come the that forend. I'm trying to work a way to put an aiming device on it (in addition to the bead sight) so I swapped out the forend with the one in the photo. I'd love to find a laser that replaces the magazine cap.

You think so? If you're talking the full size with a folding stock you'd be wrong on almost all counts. The weight and slow cyclic rate make it a pussy cat to shoot. The cost is the cost. What else would you buy alternatively in the same price range? Accuracy is there. That sounds like saying an AK is inaccurate. It can penetrate body armor as well as any other firearm with the same length barrel. The gun itself doesn't determine penetration but the guns specs and ammo used.
