There's been a lot of talk and speculation with all the new Laws the Legislature forced through, but little spoken of the impact to Dealers.
Stipulations such as requiring Video surveillance of all doors in or out, counter, etc. and the retention of those videos for two years, Third Party Alarm Company monitoring, and alarm systems, that ALL firearms have to be secured in Safes when the store isn't open, all ammunition must be secured away from the Public and away from Guns, That copies of all the Dealers Records have to be sent to Albany ever April and October, Employees are required to have yearly training, and be at least 21, oh there's a shit-ton of fuck You's in this this, and I believe many dealers will say just that: fuck you New York!
We're seriously considering having a Fire Sale and closing up.... juice ain't worth the squeeze.
