does it have the izhevsk logo at the front trunnion just before the serial number?

No it does not from what I can tell. What is it you want to know? I know very little about these Saiga conversions. What I can tell you is their is one flat head screw on the bottom of the receiver and inside the trunnion is it round with no holes or anything else. Does that help?
