I assume they're still up. There are a few youtube videos that cover it in very good detail, then you just need to google "AR15 parts list" and it will tell you what bits you need. The lower is the only part that is serialized and you can get that at a local shop and pass the background check for that. I concur with above about building. It's really not too difficult and you'll know how it works.Thanks all for your inputs!
I am handy and once I understand how the gun works, I should have no problem putting it together. Do you have any web site to teach me how to start to build one? And, do I still need a background check or different legal procedures if I build one myself?
Get a Thordsen Stock. Some people have opinions on other stocks, but they would be incorrect. As a non-fixed stock it's the best one to get. I'd get the original one, personally.
