The New Mexico Bill of Rights guarantees the right to keep and bear arms for security, defense, and all other lawful purposes. Under the New Mexico Civil Rights Act, signed into law by @GovMLG, a person whose rights under the Bill of Rights are violated may sue to recover for damages and obtain injunctive relief.
Damages may be awarded up to $2 million per person whose rights were violated.

Remember that bombing at the Boston Marathon years back? Yea, the Po-Po suspended/ignored Citizen's Rights for a witch hunt... do you not remember the video footage of "Law Enforcement" riding down neighborhood streets pointing emplacement weapons at any who dare lift their eyes? Demanding entry for search without warrant, reasonable suspicion, or probable cause? Not the first infringement, not likely the last.

The same thing with New York's lawless Governor Kathy Hochul. When it comes to the SCOTUS Bruen decision. She clearly went rogue and proceeded to spit in the SCOTUS judge's faces and then gave them the middle finger. She then took a shit on our constitutional rights with no fucks given and here we are with the CCIA.

During the peak of the covid hysteria. Michigan's lawless Governor Gretchen Whitmer went completely rogue and even made New York's Governor Andrew Cuomo look like a complete amateur when it comes to violating people's constitutional rights.

Those three anti-freedom political fucking whores need to be knocked off their commie thrones.

All three of those state governors are acting in a lawless manner and have gone rogue.
During normal times those three mental cases would be treading into dangerous territory.

I remember it vividly. Watching the videos of SWAT going door to door forcing people out of their homes to search for a couple jackwagons was appalling.

Did you ever stop to wonder WHY for centuries, and still to this day in many Countries that women were prohibited in politics and overall leadership?
Hochul is likely waiting to play that card, but IF it flies in NM, then NY/NYC will be a push over.
