To me this makes FRT cases a slam dunk. Also, since it's saying that the ATF does not have the authority to regulate firearms parts/accessories because they don't meet the definition of a firearm, it brings into question assassin tubes.

Good on you. I have been tossing them $25 here and there for what they have been doing. Funny thing is I never signed up for a membership and I laughed when they sent me something asking me to do just that. I sent them $75 in the last 4 months and they should probably just make me a member. I get it though since I never filled out the paperwork. I guess next month I’ll just get the membership. I can’t fault them and they are doing a lot.

I can't figure out what NYSRPA is up to.
In name, they had the biggest 2A win ever. But they haven't made a peep about it. Even their own magazine didn't have the Bruin win on the cover. There been no fundraising off of it. No victory laps in the media.
It doesn't make sense.
