Here's the bottom line. Banks don't care about much anything else than money. Financial institutions are always willing to make money if there’s money to be made. If they think you’re a money-loser, they’re not going to put that on the line. This is why nobody will issue Trump a bond.

Hung for what? If you have a judgements against you they will seize your assets and sell them to make the victims whole. This happens all the time and is not unique to Trump. To treat Trump differently would undercut the entire judgment and legal process, no one is above the law.

They're only worth what they can be sold for, just like anything else. If you can't find a buyer for your asking price, it's not really worth that.

The AG is the only party that I saw claiming anyone was defrauded. Maybe I missed all of the original complaints and lawsuits by the victims. Those victims should be thrilled when Trump pays them the $464M(?) in damages. The victims are getting that money, right?
