Dont hate on me. Just playing devil's advocate- I think this action stinks but the theories here dont hold water. The individual businesses (and maybe- *maybe*- customers) have standing but I fail to see how your and @spat's theories of case work out in court.

And that's why I'm an armchair quarterback.
I could see an argument being made that the AG is using her position to harass a class of people, especially if it gets extended to other gun parts. After all, you can't build an AR from a brick of aluminum without a barrel, upper, and parts kits.

Yeah, I got through the first time I clicked the ghostgunner link (on Thrus.) but a couple hours later it was redirected.
I was a bit shocked because, last I knew, that product was put out by Cody Wilson and Defense Distributed. They've had a good history with fighting to keep arms manufacture open source.
