I kept hearing the mag was pinned .. 30 rnd mag pinned to 10 or 7 .. from OP .. not pinned into the mag well so it can not be removed .. ??

Or use a bear flag defense speed loader. The mean arms loader works too but they are the same price and having used both I prefer the bear flag.

As others have mentioned from what i understand, you can have all those features if you have non-detachable mag (pinned) but if you have detachable mag you cannot have any of those features. I recently bought an ar in NY with non-detachable mag with all the features no problem. Hope that helps.
