This is exactly what I said the pistol 'recert' was intended for. Initially they couldn't do the ammo BGC because the Fed's denied access to the NICS system. The lack of a NYS database precluded them from instituting any ammo restrictions. The funds weren't available for FUAC to create the database. So what do they do? They get FREE data entry labor by getting the PP holder to do it themselves.
This was FUAC's intent all along. As soon as their system is up and running after they manually enter my form and the 1,000's of others mailed in you can bet the ranch the ammo limit, BGC, and ammo BGC surcharge per round, box or just per order will be instituted. Watch the FUDD's whine and throw a hissy fit then.
