Hundreds of people were left stranded on the tarmac in Washington, D.C., after bus drivers refused to take them to the March for Israel on Tuesday, according to a rabbi.
The March for Israel brought over 100,000 people to the nation’s capital in a show of solidarity for Israel and to call attention to the hostages that are still being held by Hamas. While the event was peaceful and garnered support from legislators of both major political parties, several rabbis said getting to the rally was a harrowing journey after their buses never showed up.

That's funny. To be clear! The first amendment is absolute.
Yet plenty of SP support the un-Constitutional crap Albany is forcing on American citizens.Plenty of State Police served in the ME wars.
Oh, good. We're saved. In about 20 years. Maybe. This will be heading to SCOTUS.
I'm sure there is no shortage of willing Gestapo, KGB, Stasi, types right on board with this major infringement and will gleefully bank that paycheck (our tax dollars), while spying on their, our, neighbors.

I suspect the cops down here in South Carolina would really enjoy it if members of Whorcul's purple tie squad showed up at my door doing her Unconstitutional bidding. And if that ever happened, it will all be on video. Film at 11PM!Am I bound by this, being a resident of TN? What if I hate speech someone that isn't in NY?
“It is unusual for this many road closures to be planned for a weekday that is not a holiday or inauguration,” WTOP Traffic Reporter Dave Dildine said. “Downtown commuters should exercise the option to telework if possible.”

Liberties are TAKEN. Give US death?
Our rights are absolute as acknowledged by our constitutional republic. There are of course procedures that allow for the constitution to be changed and they require what amounts to a super majority through the Senate and States. Rarely achieved often ignored. That's funny.
you are using this phrase against a group who have repeatedly stated that "No Right is absolute!!!".
They don't care about your Rights.
They care less about YOU.

Its one of the reasons politicians like our governor always refer to the country as a democracy and not a constitutional republic. That is not an accident. They also want people to believe that simple congressional laws, some passed by one single majority vote, can usurp the constitution. Obviously it can't and the SCOTUS would strike down such a law. Unless we make SCOTUS more of a political wing ruling on feelings and not whether a law actually conflicts with the constitution. SCOTUS was considered so important to the founders that no requirement of a law background is needed to serve. They believe the constitution (written so a 8th grade reading level could understand it) could easily be applied to any laws intentions to sort out any conflict. Any conflict found and the law could head back to the legislative process.
