If I am honest, I would wish for someone that wasn't so trigger happy on his twitter account and someone that "thought" through what he was about to say. He really leaves me just wondering how he made it so far in life with some of the stupid ass shit he says.

I know a few people who voted for trump that are very critical of his behavior. One of them just acknowledged that trump has to go. There can be no doubt that his communication style has antagonized a number of people that voted for him. Spat is also correct the press has done nothing but villify him as well. They have dropped any pretense of objectivity and are clearly partisan cheerleaders against trump.
The margin of victory Trump enjoyed was not very large. It is quite possible that 4 years of relentless dishonesty in the press combined with Trump's ability to put his mouth in his foot on a daily basis will lead to the first mentally deficient president in over 100 years (aka biden).
