I'm more concerned with all of law enforcement..they should but won't ignore it and then what happens when a person is standing before the judge. For sure buffalo will not ignore it.

It's just a resolution... Nice, but not quite a statement. Pass a town ordinance!!! That'll raise hair!

Resolutions don't carry weight and are unenforceable. Ordinances do! "What" you say...? How can a town pass laws in contradiction to a higher governing power? Well, it is only modeling example by the State! And if the State will argue it's Soverienty against higher powers such as the Federal Gov't, then locally, counties, and towns should be able to do the same... They do actually... The precedent is well established as in with Counties and their administrative attachments to handgun licensing. Let alone none of those attachments are in any law. This is in full knowledge and acceptance by the State, so then it (State) cannot Cherry pick which local ordinances it objects to. Can't have it both ways!

I'm talking shit, I know... But that's the way it "SHOULD" be...
